2. Service Offerings
2.1 AI Household Device Services
We provide installation, maintenance, and calibration of AI-enabled household devices. Clients may schedule appointments via the Site.
2.2 Informational Products
We offer digital guides, tutorials, and courses related to operating AI household devices. These products are delivered digitally upon purchase.
2.3 Physical Goods
We sell hardware components and accessories compatible with AI household devices. Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer.
3. Fees and Billing
Fees for services, digital products, and goods are specified on the Site. All fees are payable at the time of booking or ordering. Charges are processed through our payment processor.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 AI Household Device Services
Unless otherwise stated, service fees are refundable within 7 days of payment if the appointment has not been performed. To request a refund, contact our team with your booking details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4.2 Informational Products
Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. To request a refund, submit a request with your order number. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
4.3 Physical Goods
Consumable and perishable items cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons. Non-consumable goods may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for shipping back goods. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
4.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain custom design and configuration services are non-refundable because they involve tailored work and resource allocation. We will notify you at the time of purchase if a service is non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service, product, or good that gives rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
